Microsoft’s portal for Xbox360 repair tracking. August 6, 2007

Posted by stvchang in gaming news, tech news, Xbox360.

After realising that the Xbox360s cant heal themselves in silence, Microsoft have finally opened a portal for American owners to register and provide their MSN Live ID, to schedule repair and tracking the status of the repairs. Also, users can get a US$5 off their future out-of-warranty repair, but this may be useless to new owners as the Xbox360 now carries a 3 year warranty period.

Oh yeah, the site is at: http://service.xbox.com/servicesignin.aspx.

But be warned that the site is for American owners only, and dont bother to register your modded Xbox360 either…. hahaha…
